Remember the Dolly Sods engagement and baby announcement session I did a few months ago?
Charisse and Chad decided to do a courthouse wedding! With their family’s, loved ones and baby on the way! I’m so glad they always want me to photograph their memories hehe.
Kayleigh and Austin are high school sweethearts. They're sooo fun to photograph and you can definitely tell they’re in love!
We did their engagement session at Watoga State Park and had a blast exploring around! They even got in the water for me hehe. Here are some of my faves from their session! I got to photograph their wedding a few weeks later. <3

Leah is a photographer from WV as well. We met through Instagram, social media does have some perks to it! She is amazing and I swear every time I see her work it gets better and better. She is such a spunky and outgoing girl and her man Daniel compliments her so well!
I go to Snowshoe frequently but Leah and Daniel haven’t been much so we spent the evening adventuring around. We laughed the entire session and had SO MUCH fun together!
Last summer I did a mentor session with Miranda Jean Photography while I visited family in Oregon… I learned SO MUCH from her. My biggest flaw was getting my clients comfortable in front of the camera and making real images. She helped me overcome that and I will be forever grateful for her!

I actually kind of love doing styled shoots because well… I get to style mostly everything! Haha! It’s such a fun time for me and I always end up loving the vibe I get from doing styled shoots. I kept everything simple and laid back for this one. So, enjoy these images I recently did from a styled shoot!
Who else agrees that backyard weddings are some of the best? The ones where everyone knows everyone. The ones where there are cousins, aunts, uncles, grandmas, grandpas, nieces and nephews that are all there to support the bride and groom. The ones where you can literally feel the love for one another. The ones where everyone surrounds the bride and groom and you hear nothing but laughter and good times.
OH! Forgot to mention, during the ceremony it started pouring the rain but that didn’t stop these two from having a blast and making the most of it!
I’ve known Dusty ever since I was little and now i’m kind of neighbors with him and Esstay..(we live on the same road at least haha!) Esstay is such a beautiful woman and don’t get me started on their beautiful daughter who has the PRETTIEST blue eyes I have ever seen!

These were two literally up for EVERYTHING that I wanted them to do! They were adventurous and super lovey dovey. I NEED more couples like this! They’ve been together for four years and you can literally just look at them and see how in love they are. They laughed their entire session and I’ll always love their photos.
